It’s Autumn! My favorite season! Finally! I’m sure a lot of you share my enthusiasm for crispy leaves, golden colors, and PUMPKIN EVERYTHING! And if you don’t like fall or any of the afore mentioned things, then you might be crazy and should get that checked with your doctor…
trust me, I’m a nursing student.
It wouldn’t be October without a trip to the pumpkin patch. Now, admittedly I haven’t carved a pumpkin since freshman year of high school (6 years ago! when did that happen?) so I decided to grab a few baby pumpkins as decoration rather than spend my limited time getting orange goo all over myself in an effort to create a Picasso-like Pumpkin carving masterpiece. The goo is my favorite part of the pumpkin though, which may seem weird, but I think as a kid I just wanted to be different than all my friends who were grossed out by the squishiness of it. Anyways, here are some pics of our pumpkin patch adventure. I hope you enjoy them and go out to get your own pumpkin (and hopefully have time in your life to carve a real pumpkin).
